Changzhou Dinglong Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a large-scale machinery manufacturer specializing in the design, development, and production of equipment such as can lid coil coating lines, color-coated steel appliance panel coil coating lines, tinplate printing lines and associated auxiliary equipment, two-piece can manufacturing equipment, fiberglass separator drying lines, exhaust gas incinerators, tinplate printing and baking chambers, and hot-air furnaces.
Our company’s product portfolio comprises four major series—metal coil coating production lines, baking ovens, exhaust gas incinerators, and hot-air furnaces—covering more than 30 models.
These products are widely used in industries such as tinplate can manufacturing, chemicals, building materials, automotive manufacturing, agricultural and sideline product processing, water treatment, and home appliances. Dinglong’s products are characterized by rational design, mature technology, a high degree of automation, ease of operation, reliable performance, energy efficiency and environmental protection, and excellent cost-effectiveness. All products delivered to our customers have successfully passed inspections conducted by local environmental protection authorities.
The company has obtained certification under the three major management systems—environmental management, occupational health and safety, and quality—and was consecutively recognized as a “Jiangsu Provincial High-Tech Enterprise” four times in 2016, 2019, and 2022 (certificate numbers: GR201332000219, GR201632003450, GR202232001000). In addition, the company has been repeatedly honored as a “Contract-Abiding and Credit-Respecting Enterprise” by the Changzhou Municipal Government.
Major honors and achievements include:
- In 2014, the “Coating Heating System R&D Center” was recognized as a Wujin District-level Engineering Technology Research Center.
- In 2016, the “high-temperature flue-gas incinerator” was recognized as Changzhou’s first major piece of equipment and key component.
- In 2016, the “Applied Research on Continuous Production Exhaust Gas Concentration and Treatment System for Coating” was awarded the Third Prize for Science and Technology by the China Packaging Federation.
- In 2024, the company was awarded the Jiangsu Province Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative SME Certificate.
In recent years, the company has cumulatively achieved 48 scientific and technological breakthroughs, including 6 nationally authorized invention patents and 42 utility model patents, with three of these achievements successfully commercialized as high-tech products.
