① High purification efficiency: The acid (alkali) mist exhaust gas purification tower employs a two-stage counter-current spray system with packing having a large specific surface area, achieving a purification efficiency of 85% to 95% for exhaust gases.
② Low resistance: significantly lower than that of activated carbon exhaust gas treatment;
③ is one of the more energy-efficient exhaust gas treatment devices.
II. Activated Carbon Adsorption Tower
Features:
① High adsorption efficiency, large adsorption capacity, and wide applicability;
② Easy maintenance with no technical requirements;
③ Large specific surface area and excellent selective adsorption;
④ Activated carbon is characterized by wide availability and low cost;
⑤ High adsorption efficiency and strong capacity;
⑥ Simple and safe operation.
III. Catalytic Combustion Equipment
Features:
① Convenient operation: The equipment features automatic control during operation.
② Low energy consumption: The equipment requires only 15–30 minutes to heat up to the ignition temperature upon startup (when the concentration of organic waste gas is relatively high), and its energy consumption is limited to the power rating of the fan.
③ Safe and reliable: The equipment is equipped with a flame-arresting system, an explosion-proof pressure-relief system, an over-temperature alarm system, and an advanced automatic control system.
④ Low resistance and high purification efficiency: Utilizes a state-of-the-art honeycomb ceramic carrier catalyst impregnated with precious metals palladium and platinum, offering a large specific surface area.
⑤ Waste heat can be recovered: The waste heat can be returned to the drying oven, thereby reducing the power consumption of the original oven; it can also be used as a heat source for other applications. This is a feature that other exhaust-gas treatment equipment does not possess.
