Coating and Surface Treatment Production Line
This equipment is designed for degreasing, cleaning, and passivation of metal sheet surfaces, followed by continuous application of primer and topcoat with printing, and subsequent baking and curing. It is also equipped with our company’s proprietary waste-gas treatment heat recovery system.
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a regenerative thermal oxidation unit, also known as a heat-storage incinerator. Its fundamental principle is to oxidize organic exhaust gases at high temperatures (≥760°C) into CO2 and H2O, thereby purifying the exhaust stream while recovering the heat released during the decomposition process. This dual approach achieves both environmental protection and energy conservation, making RTO a highly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly device for treating volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. The main structure of an RTO comprises a combustion chamber, heat-storage beds, switching valves, and an electrical control system. The regenerative ceramic-packed-bed heat exchanger in this system enables maximum heat recovery, with a thermal recovery rate exceeding 95%, allowing VOC treatment with little or no fuel consumption. For low-concentration exhaust streams, a concentration unit can be optionally installed to reduce combustion fuel consumption.
The internal spray-drying chamber for two-piece and three-piece cans is a specialized piece of equipment used to dry the interior coating of metal cans—such as beverage cans, food cans, and chemical cans—following the spraying process. It is widely employed in the food, beverage, and chemical industries.
