Product Introduction
This machine is an automated production line designed for drying metal sheets after single-sheet printing or single-sheet coating.
Product Features
The machine features a closed-type front-and-rear drive system, with vacuum- or electromagnetic-suction–based buffering and servo control for both forward material feeding and rear material stacking. Material-discharge protection, conveyor-chain tensioning, discharge alignment devices, and stack-alignment devices all employ pneumatic control. Front-to-rear synchronization is achieved through variable-frequency drive control. The heat source can be supplied via direct heating using natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, or electricity, or via indirect heating using diesel or kerosene. In regions with stringent environmental requirements, the machine can also be equipped with our company’s proprietary exhaust-gas incineration system for comprehensive thermal-energy recovery and utilization.
