Galvanizing Production Line
Composition of the hot-dip galvanizing unit:
1. Inlet Section: Primarily comprises the inlet saddle, coiler carriage, uncoiler, shear, seam welder, tensioner, web-guidance unit, and inlet loop accumulator, among others.
2. Process Section: This section primarily comprises a pretreatment cleaning system and drying unit, a continuous annealing furnace, a zinc bath with an electric zinc-adding crane, air knives, an air-jet cooling system, a water-quenching unit and a hot-air drying unit, a tension leveling machine, a web-guidance machine, support rollers, turning rollers, pinch rolls, a skin-pass mill, a stretch-bend straightening machine, a passivation coating machine, and a drying unit, among others.
3. Exit Section: Comprises an exit loop, shearing machine, tensioner, web-guidance system, electrostatic oiling unit, turning and feed rollers, recoiler, coil-supporting device, saddle, and uncoiling carriage, among others.

Product Introduction
The galvanizing production line is an automated system designed to apply a hot-dip zinc coating to the surface of treated steel strip, with the primary objectives of enhancing the corrosion resistance and aesthetic quality of the steel sheet surface, thereby providing a high-quality raw material for subsequent color-coating or other downstream applications.
Product Features
This production line integrates rust removal and cleaning, annealing, skin-pass rolling, tension leveling, water quenching, passivation, and galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized coating is precisely controlled by air knives tailored to the customer’s application and requirements. Additionally, the loop coiler can be configured as either a vertical or horizontal type, depending on the customer’s operational preferences or the existing plant layout.
