Production line equipment composition:
1. Inlet Section: Primarily consists of an unwinding unit, a saddle, a carriage, pinch rolls, a shear, a seaming machine, a tensioner, a web-guidance system, and an inlet loop.
2. Process Section: Primarily comprises pre-treatment cleaning and rinsing/drying chambers, chromate coating machine and chromate drying chamber, primer application and primer drying chamber, topcoat application machine and topcoat drying chamber, printing machine and printing drying chamber, tensioning unit, and web-guidance system, among others.
3. Exit Section: Primarily consists of a recoiler, saddle, carriage, shear, pinch rolls, tensioner, web-guidance system, and exit loop stand, among other components.
4. Waste Gas Incineration Heat Recovery System: includes the incinerator furnace, waste gas preheater, fresh air heat exchanger, water heat exchanger, burner, and other components;

Product Introduction
This equipment constitutes a complete production line designed to degrease, derust, and clean metal sheet surfaces, followed by continuous application of primer and topcoat coatings, and subsequent baking and curing, thereby meeting long-term anti-corrosion requirements. The color-coated steel and color-coated aluminum panels produced on this line are widely used in household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and rice cookers, as well as in decorative materials like integrated ceiling systems and furniture, and in the building materials, decoration, and transportation industries.

Building-material production lines generally employ a two-coat, two-bake coating process; appliance-panel production typically utilizes a two-coat, two-bake, three-printing process, complemented by lamination and other finishing techniques, resulting in products with superior surface aesthetics, excellent post-processing capabilities, outstanding corrosion resistance, and enhanced scratch resistance—delivering a wide range of decorative effects from matte to high-gloss—while also featuring exquisite printed patterns or pearlescent shimmer. All production lines are equipped with our company’s proprietary exhaust-gas incineration heat recovery and comprehensive utilization system.
