The JDK oil- or gas-fired air heater is a new, high-efficiency, energy-saving heat-exchange device that uses oil or combustible gas as fuel and air as the heat-transfer medium. It can continuously supply clean, dust-free hot air at constant temperature and pressure, with a temperature range from ambient up to 350°C. The heater’s combustion chamber and heat exchanger are constructed from internationally advanced heat-resistant steel and heat-resistant stainless steel, which significantly extend service life and enhance overall quality. In addition, the heater is equipped with an internationally advanced burner, further improving the reliability and precision of automatic temperature control and thermal efficiency.
Application Industries
1. Iron-plate coating baking ovens; heating and baking for coating industries, including tunnel-type and suspended-type ovens.
2. Heat setting, baking, and hot-air stretching in the textile industry, among others.
3. Drying of grain and feed, cereal and aquatic products, tobacco leaves, and tea leaves.
4. Spray drying or belt-type drying of chemical materials, pharmaceuticals, and animal and vegetable oils and fats.
5. Hot pressing and drying of wood and building materials.
